Our personalized drug and alcohol detox program begins with an initial assessment. Within 24 hours of admission into our detox center, our medical and clinical team will assess you alongside your history with addiction. This helps us better determine the best course of action for your stay. Because symptoms can vary greatly from person to person, our individualized, comprehensive assessment is critical to your course of care.
Our program includes a fluid daily schedule, individualized for each of our clients. A personal schedule is planned to integrate overall wellness, with a focus on recovery.
Mornings often begin with mindful meditation sessions, check-ins, and educational groups that focus on key areas of recovery and wellness.
Afternoons offer individualized counseling sessions, integrative movement, and group sessions. In the evenings, 12-step meetings and a variety of holistic services are offered for an additional price. Clients will work with their treatment team in planning for their day. Gourmet meals and scheduled breaks throughout the day allow clients to relax and unwind in our serene environment.
At Serenity at Summit, we work with our residential and outpatient treatment facilities to ensure that clients are ready for the next level of care. We perform a comprehensive consultation and records transfer; keeping an open line of communication between Serenity’s facilities. This helps prepare everyone for the client’s next level of recovery care. Because each individual is unique, our recommendations for you will vary greatly depending on your situation. Some clients are ready for outpatient treatment at one of our nearby facilities, while others might benefit from continued inpatient care at our residential treatment or clinical stabilization services facility instead. No matter what your individual needs are, we have a program for you.
Our medical staff will complete a thorough patient history, physical, nutritional and dietary evaluation.
Our highly trained mental health professionals will complete a full psychiatric evaluation and medical assessment.
Our licensed clinicians will conduct an integrative biopsychosocial evaluation.
All of our addiction treatment centers offer extra programs that are holistic in nature. But what does that mean? Holistic treatment is truly addressing all the needs of the individual – mind, body, and soul. Clients can add betterment approaches such as yoga, acupuncture, and reiki therapy to their regimen for an additional fee. We’ve found that when our guideline includes every aspect of care, from physical health to mental and spiritual balance, our clients have the best chance for long-term success.
